HEAL Conference postponed to 3-5 June 2021
September 2020: CALL FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REOPENS!!
We wish to thank very warmly all those who have kept in touch with the organizers of our Conference in these difficult times.
The outbreak of SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) has created great concern all over the world and it seemed necessary to postpone the date of the event to the year 2021 believing that by then the critical phases will end in all countries.
A new website for HEAL 2021 (www.heal2021.org) has been opened.
Here is some useful information:
Registration fees for the event as well as for the hotel booking will remain in place for the new congress dates. We kindly invite those who already booked their hotel with Mizar to contact ingrid@mizarconventions.com to reconfirm the dates for 2021. Once the new dates are verified and confirmed new vouchers will be sent to replace the previous ones.
Cancellations made from September 2nd, 2020 to March 31st, 2021will result in a 50% cancellation penalty. All refunds will be handled after the 2021 conference. - to inform Mizar (email to ingrid@mizarconventions.com) by September 1st, 2020. The deposit paid will be refunded. ABSTRACTS If the author wants to substitute/withdraw the abstract it is possible to perform this operation from September 1st, 2020 until February 10th, 2021, final deadline. The submission of new abstracts is also welcome before the deadline of February 10th, 2021.
